PROVIDENCE A MATCH FOR CHICAGO GUARD

While Doug Ferguson got to see Chicago's Best on Display at Local Team Camps (NBE Basketball Report), he could not help but think that Whitney Young guard Chris Colvin and Keno Davis, new head coach at Providence College, could be a perfect match.

Colvin is a glove-like fit for Keno Davis’ system at Providence (who has made him an offer). If they can get him into their program and put shooters around him, he can be deadly. If Adam Emmenecker can win the MVC Player of the Year, then there is no telling what Colvin can do. Grant it, the Big East is not the Missouri Valley, but this kid has all the potential in the world.
